Program Description
The Refrigerator Pickup Program encourages residential customers to turn in old inefficient refrigerators. Refrigerators must be a second refrigerator in use and between 10 cubic feet and 30 cubic feet in size. The refrigerators must also be in operating condition. The program's goal is to remove these inefficient refrigerators from the electric system and dispose of them in an environmentally safe and responsible manner. As part of the program, a $30 cash incentive will be paid to a BHP residential customer per qualifying unit.

Refrigerator must be a second refrigerator in use, typically in the customer's garage or basement.
Refrigerator must be between 10 and 30 cubic feet in size.
Refrigerator must be in operating condition.
Must be accessible for pickup
Limit to two per customer
A $30 payment will be offered per qualifying unit.

for any applicable Black Hills Power rebates.
