R. E. "Dint" Furois devoted his entire 49 year working career to Black Hills Power and Light Company. He began part-time employment in 1938 while still in high school and became full-time in 1941 as a maintenance man at the Pluma Plant. After serving in many management positions, he retired in 1987 as Vice President of Customer Services. Dint epitomizes the dedication that made Black Hills Power and Light Company successful and gives it the promise of a bright future.
